Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy governs your use of the software application “ForYourIrisOnly” (“Application”) for Android devices that was created by IriTech, Inc. The Application is a personal security biometrics application which is used together with IriTech’s IriShield iris cameras. The application provides functions like: Device Login, Files Encryption, Application Lock.

Permissions

The Application asks for the following permissions just to be used for mean features of the Application;

• BIND_DEVICE_ADMIN: To allow only Administrator to force stop or uninstall the application
• INTERNET: To access Internet
• WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: To save files into device’s external storage
• RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED: To start FYIO’s service when booting completed
• ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: To check status of network connection
• ACCESS_WIFI_STATE: To check wifi state for locking wifi
• READ_LOGS: To read logs in order to determine running application for locking.
• DISABLE_KEYGUARD: To lock the device
• EXPAND_STATUS_BAR: To close status bar when locking device
• GET_TASKS: To lock function Install/Uninstall app, show confirmation dialog to lock an app after it is installed
• REORDER_TASKS: To lock function Install/Uninstall app, show confirmation dialog to lock an app after it is installed
• SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW: To lock function Install/Uninstall app, show confirmation dialog to lock an app after it is installed
• SET_TIME: To lock function Install/Uninstall app, show confirmation dialog to lock an app after it is installed
• READ_PHONE_STATE: To lock application
• CHANGE_NETWORK_STATE: To lock network
• CHANGE_WIFI_STATE: To lock wifi
• BLUETOOTH: To lock bluetooth
• BLUETOOTH_ADMIN: To lock bluetooth
• READ_SYNC_STATS: To lock auto-sync
• WRITE_SYNC_SETTINGS: To lock auto-sync
• PROCESS_OUTGOING_CALLS: To call a number to launch app
• UNINSTALL_SHORTCUT: To receive event to lock app
• CHECK_LICENSE: To check license with Google Play

Information Collection and Use

For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to Name, UserName. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy.

The app does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.

Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
